I work out at home with yoga and strength training and outdoors for cardio. I am a lot more motivated than I ever was going to a gym. If you have time go running or at least walking.

I agree with floren36. I’ve been doing Yoga at home now for nearly a year and I’ve never felt this good or stood so straight. I do it every day early in the morning and I still have my full day. Usually 30 minutes. I could never do this much exercise by going to gym. Believe me, try it at home!

just walk!

i go out for a walk 40 minutes 3 times per week straight on elliptical trainer, burns roughly 400 Calories a time. That's 1200 cals a week roughly.
