FAQ

How does the 1 (one) week trial work?

Your subscription has a 1 (one) week trial. That means if you decide to cancel your subscription before the week expires, you may do so without any commitment in “My Profile – Subscription & Communication”. When the trial period ends, iBurn Viewer automatically initiates billing against the PayPal account, the debit or credit card that was provided during the initial subscription phase, at the amount set for the selected subscription, and continuing at the subscription interval that was signed up for.

What if I decide to cancel?

You can cancel at any time you wish, any subscription that is cancelled will expire at the end of the current billing cycle and will not be billed for the next cycle.

What does live calorie tracking mean?

By adding information to the tracking area about the activities you do during the day and the food you eat, the app will calculate “live” how many calories you are in-taking and how many calories you are burning in every moment of the day. Just remember calorie calculation ends every day at 24:00 and every activity started the evening and ended in the morning will be considered as if it had started the day before.

All calculations are based on formulas that apply to healthy individuals and your most up to date profile information. This application should not be used as a replacement of a nutritional expert but rather as a reference.

How are daily needs calculated?

Dietary Reference Intake and Adequate Intake are a set of nutrient-based values elaborated by U.S. National Academy of Sciences (NAS) that can be used to evaluate how nutritive a diet is. In the “About food and values” service you can get more information about the macro-nutrients distribution and selected food source, you will need to be a registered user to access it.

Calorie calculation starts every day at 0:00 and ends at 24:00. The system will give you live macro-nutrients distribution, minerals, vitamins and other item values. You can check old data in “My Statistics”, selecting the day or the period you want to check.
